How I work

In my therapeutic approach, I combine evidence-based techniques with a client-centered focus. I prioritize transparency, collaboration, and empowerment to guide individuals through challenges such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and grief. Tailoring methods to your unique needs, we work together to achieve deep and lasting change, fostering self-discovery and resilience.

Body psychotherapy incorporates a wide range of developmental and neurobiological research, embodiment practices, therapeutic touch and much more. The breadth and depth of my training allows me to draw on a wealth of information and skills to support you in the way that you need to be supported in the moment. 

In-person sessions take place in Clanfield, Hampshire. I offer a free 15 minute consultation for us to get to know each other a little, and to explore any initial questions about the work.

Biodynamic Massage

Biodynamic Massage emphasizes the importance of the client-therapist relationship, creating a safe space for exploration and healing. In my practice, Biodynamic Massage serves as a holistic method to address both physical and emotional aspects, fostering a deep sense of relaxation, balance, and rejuvenation.

The Safe & Sound Protocol

Developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, the SSP utilizes specially filtered music to stimulate the vagus nerve and promote a sense of safety. This evidence-based protocol is particularly beneficial for individuals experiencing challenges related to stress, anxiety, trauma, and sensory processing issues.

Sessions cost £85 and last for 60 minutes
